Why A Pillar To Post Inspection?
Since 1997 we have performed over 10,000 home inspections and hundreds of light commercial properties. We promise to give you our full attention in the inspection and provide a fact-based analysis of the home or property you are considering. We want to help you with buying or selling your home. We will be available as an ongoing source of information during your home ownership as well!
What is included in a Pillar To Post Inspection?
The inspection time is approximately 2-3 hours depending on the house. The inspection focuses on the major components and systems of the house, the expensive stuff! Your inspector accesses all areas; roofs, attic spaces; evaluates the foundation structure and crawlspaces, he inspects the electrical, plumbing and heating/cooling systems. He inspects kitchens, bathrooms and all living spaces. Your inspector will inspect for termites too. Some specialized systems and components may not be inspected such as pools, sprinklers, entertainment sound systems. Radon and mold testing is also available for an additional fee. Check with your inspector about these items.
We strongly encourage you to attend the inspection!
Our inspectors will include you in the process. This provides an excellent opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge about the home you are buying or selling. During the inspection, our inspectors will point out and discuss both the positive aspects of the property as well as areas of concern, and provide you with a detailed, unbiased report of our findings. We are there to answer all your questions so you are confident of the home you are buying or selling.
Best Experienced and Trained Inspectors in the Industry
